• I cannot locate my business when attempting to add an item to my cart.

Zagat awards are available to establishments featured on zagat.com. If your establishment is featured on zagat.com and you are experiencing a problem, please Contact us.

• Do you provide replacement window decals?

Replacement decals are available for a small fee. You can place your order here

• Can I customize my plaque or change my review?

There are two styles of plaques that you may choose from. Reviews cannot be altered and must be printed in their entirety.

• Can I order a plaque from previous years?

Plaques and certificates can only feature an establishment’s current ratings and reviews.

• How long will my order take to ship?

Shipping may take anywhere from three to four weeks.

• Is tax included in the price?

Tax is not included in the award price. Tax will be applied to the total amount during check-out.

• Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free on all plaque and certificate orders.
