• Can I customize my plaque or change my review?

There are two styles of plaques that you may choose from. Reviews cannot be altered and must be printed in their entirety.

• Can I order a plaque from previous years?

Plaques and certificates can only feature an establishment’s current ratings and reviews.

• How long will my order take to ship?

Shipping may take anywhere from three to four weeks.

• Is tax included in the price?

Tax is not included in the award price. Tax will be applied to the total amount during check-out.

• Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free on all plaque and certificate orders.
